Privacy Policy
Last updated: Jun 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our HRIS (Human Resource Information System) application. This system is used by your employer to manage HR, payroll, and attendance. Employee and user accounts are created and managed by your organization.

Who operates this system

This HRIS is operated by your employer (or the organization that has provided you access). Your employer creates employee/user accounts, assigns roles, and controls what data is stored and who can access it.

Information we collect
  • Account and employment information: Information provided by your employer when creating your account, such as your name, email, employee ID, department, designation, and other details needed for HR, payroll, and attendance.
  • Attendance and device information: Clock-in and clock-out timestamps, and basic device or browser information used to operate and secure the system.
  • Location data (for clock-in and clock-out): We collect your device location at the time you clock in or clock out. This is used to verify attendance, ensure you are at an allowed work location, and support your employer’s attendance and compliance policies.
How we use location data

Location data is used only for attendance-related purposes, including:

  • Verifying your location at the time of clock-in and clock-out
  • Supporting HR and audit review of attendance records
  • Helping to prevent time and attendance fraud
Consent and use of the system

Where required by law, we or your employer will seek your permission to access location on your device for clock-in/clock-out. If you do not grant permission, location-based attendance features may not be available to you. By using this system with credentials provided by your employer, you are using a workplace tool subject to your organization’s policies.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. Your data may be shared only:

  • Within your organization with authorized HR, managers, and administrators for HR operations and compliance
  • With service providers that help run this system, under confidentiality and security obligations
  • If required by law, regulation, or legal process
Retention

Attendance and related data, including location used for clock-in/clock-out, are retained for as long as needed for HR operations, payroll, audits, and legal obligations. Your employer decides retention periods in line with applicable policies and law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we and your employer take steps to reduce risk in line with the sensitivity of the data.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, or restrict processing of your personal data. Because your account and data are managed by your employer, please direct any such requests to your HR administrator or your organization’s designated contact.

Contact

For questions about this Privacy Policy or your data, please contact your HR administrator or your organization’s support channel.
